We all know from a previous post of mine that coffee has some health benefits but what about tea?
You can be certain that tea has plenty benefits of its own!

Studies show that drinking tea more than once a week has been linked to a lower body-fat percentage and lower waist circumference. Even if you drink any kind of tea with skim milk it is a lower calorie alternative to other sugary drinks. Green tea is also known to help your body burn fat as fuel.
Tea helps hydrate your skin-
A study has been said that if you are drinking up to 6 cups of tea a day it can have the same hydrating effect as drinking water throughout the day
Tea can give you healthy looking skin-
White tea has been known to have anti-inflammatory properties to reduce swelling of the skin. Healthy skin is also well hydrated skin.
Tea has beauty effects as well-
When you place a tea bag soaked in warm water it can reduce puffy eyes. Peppermint tea can be used as a great mouthwash and fresh brewed tea can be great after shampooing as a conditioner.
Tea can help with cancer and different diseases-
The antioxidants in tea might help with all kinds of cancer. It is definitely not a miracle cure but it may help reduce your chances. It is also linked to a lower risk of Parkinson's disease and can reduce your risk of a heart attack.
Tea can help your teeth-
Unsweetened tea contains fluoride and tannins that can help keep plaque away.
Tea can help with bug bites and sunburns-
If you get a mosquito bite, place chamomile tea on it and it can help. Also, tea can be used to soothe a sunburn. Cold compresses made out of tea bags can relieve pain and reduce redness
