Gideon's Grind
In 1789, Gideon Putnam and his wife arrived in what is now known as Saratoga Springs. By the end of
his life in 1812 he left an indelible mark through his tubing of the springs, design of the city and by building many of its
landmarks. Gideon's Grind is our tribute to an intelligent pioneer who understood the importance
of preserving land and resources while growing commerce. We've combined sweet Peruvian and
smoky Guatemalan beans with a backbone of dark French-Roasted Costa Rican to create a refreshing and bold coffee.
